宫颈注射缩宫素在无痛人流中的临床观察

摘要

Objective: To observe the effect of oxytocin by cervical injection in painless artificial abortion.Methods: 89 cases to have painless abortion were randomLy divided into 2 groups: 43 cases who used cervical injection of oxytocin after basic aspiration vil-lus in observation group and 46 cases who did not use oxytocin in control group.To observed the intraoperative and postoperative bleed-ing and the intrauterine tissue residues.Results: Peri -operative bleeding was 8.3 ±3.5mL in the observation group and 23.0 ± 13.4mL in the control group ( P<0.05) , no fetal tissue residues patients in the observation group, the control group of 3 cases intrau-terine tissue residues (P>0.05), the bleeding of observation group was less than the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative bleeding (time) days of observation group were shorter than the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Cervical injection of oxyto-cin after most of the villus were aspirated may effectively reduce blood loss in painless abortion.%目的：观察宫颈注射缩宫素在无痛人流术中的作用。方法：89例采取无痛人流术的患者随机分为两组：观察组43例吸出绒毛组织物后宫颈注射缩宫素10μ；对照组46例不使用缩宫素。观察两组术中、术后出血及组织物残留情况。结果：观察组术中出血量8.3±3.5mL，对照组23.0±13.4mL，观察组出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），观察组均无组织物残留，对照组3例组织物残留，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组术中出血量少于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后出血时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：无痛人流术中吸出绒毛组织物后宫颈注射缩宫素可明显减少术中、术后出血的发生。
