水相结晶硫氰酸红霉素及其转红霉素碱工艺研究

摘要

通过对红霉素的水相浓缩液进行硫氰酸红霉素结晶工艺的探讨，并对此方法所得的硫氰酸红霉素粗品转红霉素碱的工艺进行研究，以期缩短红霉素的生产过程，减少生产过程中的物料损失，有效提高红霉素的总收率。%Through the discussion of erythromycin thiocyanate crystallization process in which water-phase erythromycin condensed solution is used, the process of crude erythromycin thiocyanate being transformed into erythromycin was studied. It is hoped that with the results in the study in this paper erythromycin production period and the loss of materials used in production can be reduced, and total yield rate for erythromycin can be enhanced.
