跟腱断裂患者的护理及康复

摘要

目的 了解跟腱断裂患者伤后术前，术后康复的护理要点，为跟腱断裂患者的术后康复及功能恢复，减少并发症提供参考依据。方法 以甘肃省某高校体育教师2006—2012年10例跟腱断裂患者为例，通过病历分析，护理经验总结，跟踪调查，提出跟腱断裂患者护理的重点问题及术后康复要点。结果 跟腱断裂的发生与职业，患者的身体健康状况有直接关系，术后的康复与患者本身的健康状况及日常工作性质关系密切，且术前术后护理工作起重要作用。结论 正确完善的护理工作是保证患者康复的前提，术后正确的康复训练是功能恢复及减少并发症的关键。%Understanding of patients with rupture of Achilles tendon injury before operation ,nursing of postoperative rehabilitation ,recovery for the rehabilitation of patients with rupture of Achilles tendon after operation and function ,provides the reference to reduce complications . The method of a university in Gansu province in 2012 -2006 physical education teachers - - 10 cases of patients with rupture of Achilles tendon as an example ,through the analysis of case history ,summarize the experience of nursing ,rehabilitation of follow -up survey ,puts forward major problems and nursing care of patients with rupture of Achilles tendon after operation .Resultsthe occurrence and occupation of Achilles tendon rupture ,is directly related to patient's health ,closely related to rehabilitation and postoperative patients with underlying health status and daily work ,and the important role of nursing before and after operation . Conclusioncorrect and perfect nursing work is a prerequisite for the rehabilitation of patients ,postoperative rehabilitation training correctly is the key functional recovery and reduce compli‐cations .
