O bjectiveStudy on the clinical effect of M ucosolvan in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia .M ethod From 2011 M arch to 2013 Feb‐ruary period of neonates with pneumonia in our hospital treatment of 58 cases ,w hich were randomly divided into treatment group and con‐trol group ,each group of 29 cases .Children in the control group take routine treatment ,to correct acidosis ,oxygen and antibiotics and symptomatic treatment ,the treatment group in the treatment based on the control group plus M ucosolvan 7 .5mg adjuvant therapy ,the use of slow infusion ,2 times /day .To observe the changes in children with abdominal rales ,difficulty in breathing ,heart rate ,cough ,proven by ,cyanosis in therapy .ResultsThe treatment group in the total efficiency of 96 .55% was significantly higher than that in control group 72 . 41% .Comparing the two groups ,significant difference was statistically significant (P < 0 .05);in the treatment group were hospitalized with indicators of time ,signs and clinical symptom remission time was significantly shorter than that in the control group ,two groups of the same comparison ,significant differences were statistically significant (P < 0 .05);in the course of treatment no adverse reaction with M uco‐solvan related .Conclusions M ucosolvan significantly therapeutic effect for the treatment of neonatal pneumonia ,and no significant adverse re‐actions ,is a scientific ,effective ,safe ,convenient treatment ,worthy of clinical application .% 目的 研究观察对新生儿肺炎采用沐舒坦治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2011年3月至2013年2月期间在我院治疗的新生儿肺炎患儿58例，将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各29例。对照组的患儿采取常规治疗，给予纠正酸中毒、吸氧和抗生素等对症治疗，治疗组患儿在对照组的治疗基础上加用沐舒坦7．5mg进行辅助治疗，采用缓慢静滴的方式，2次／天。在治疗中观察患儿的腹部啰音、呼吸困难、心率、咳嗽、探明因、紫绀等的变化。结果 ①治疗组患儿总有效率为96．55％显著高于对照组的72．41％。两组比较，差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；②治疗组患儿住院时间、体征以及临床症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组的同项指标，两组同项比较，差异显著均有统计学意义（P均＜0．05）；③在治疗过程未发生与沐舒坦相关的不良反应。结论 沐舒坦治疗新生儿肺炎临床效果显著，且无明显不良反应，是一种科学、有效、安全、方便的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。
