健康教育对慢性乙型肝炎患者的效果评定

摘要

目的 评定健康教育对慢性乙型肝炎病人的疗效观察。方法 对照组于住院期间给予常规护理指导。出院后按常规定期复查，实验组在此基础上，进行相关一系列有针对性的护理干预。干预措施包括常规护理、心理护理、饮食指导、慢性乙肝防治指南相关知识教育等。每周一次，每次30分钟。随访一年。结果 两组差异有显著性，实验组护理疗效明显优于对照组。结论 健康教育提高慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性，提高治疗效果，减少慢性肝炎复发和并发症的发生，减少住院率，有效的提高患者的生活质量。%To observe the curative effect of health education on patients with chronic hepatitis B .M ethods :the control group was given routine nursing guidance during hospitalization .After routine periodic review ,the experimental group on the basis of this ,is related to a se‐ries of targeted nursing intervention .Interventions include routine nursing ,psychological nursing ,diet guidance ,guide to chronic hepatitis B prevention related knowledge education .Once a week ,every 30 minutes .One year follow -up . Resultsthere was significant difference be‐tween the two groups ,the experimental group was better than control group ,nursing .C onclusionhealth education to improve the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patient compliance ,improve the therapeutic effect ,reduce the recurrence and complications of chronic hepatitis ,reduce hospitalization rate ,improve the quality of life of the patients .
