Aims:Master the methods of lumbar anesthesia of shenshu point and nursing .Methods:Observe 403 patients by using the waist anesthesia of shenshu point.Conclusion:Nurse timely to guarantee the smooth completion of the anesthesia and ensure medical safety.%目的：掌握腰俞穴麻醉的方法及护理。方法对我科采用腰俞穴麻醉403例病员进行观察。结论及时护理，保证麻醉的顺利完成，确保医疗安全。
