中西医结合治疗胃十二指肠溃疡临床疗效与安全性评价

摘要

目的：分析中西医联合治疗方法对胃十二指肠溃疡疾病的治疗效果及安全性评价。方法：将我院在2011年1月至2013年1月期间治疗的120例胃十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为两组，即对照组与观察组。对照组患者在治疗过程中进行单一的西医治疗，观察组则在对照组基础上加用中医方法治疗，经过一段是时间治疗后，比较两组患者的病情好转情况。结果：观察组患者经中西医联合治疗后的病情好转率明显高于对照组，差异显著，且P＜0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：中西医联合治疗方法对于胃十二指肠溃疡疾病具有重要意义，该治疗方法后可明显改善胃十二指肠溃疡患者病情，提高患者的生活质量并且降低了此类疾病的复发情况。%Objective:to analyze the therapeutic ef ect of Western medicine in the treatment methods and safety evaluation of gastric and duodenal ulcer disease.Method:to divide ran-domly 120 patients of gastric and duodenal ulcer in our hospital during 2011 January to 2013 January in the treatment of the two groups,namely control group and observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine in the treatment of single in the course of treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of treatment with TCMmethod,after a period of time after treatment,compared two groups of patients condition improved.Results:the patients in observation group were treated by combined Chinese and Western medicine after the improve-mentratewassignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup,significantdiference,andP<0.05,withstatisticalsignificance.Conclusion:thecombinationoftraditionalChineseandWesternmedi-cine treatment is of great significance for the disease of gastric and duodenal ulcer,the treatment method can obviously improve the stomach in patients with duodenal ulcer disease,improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the recurrence of the disease.
