临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预分析

摘要

To investigate the clinical pharmacist interventions on clinical pharmacy after around two years of irrational drug use changes. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2012 and 2013 clinical pharmacists phenomenon of irrational use of drugs for clinical pharmacy interventions, respectively statistics in 2012 and 2013 after the intervention of Pharmacy problem exists to analyze a variety of specific circumstances, to determine the pharmacy intervention has obvious effects and certainly significant.Results:The average cost of 519 yuan antibiotic intervention was significantly lower than the previous 1,632 yuan, the average length of hospital stay was significantly less than eight days before the 16 days, the elec-tion irrational drug was significantly lower than in 2012 2.4%12.3%2.8% Drug Dosage obviously unfit 11.9 per cent lower than in 2012, no dos-age or dosage error of 4.8% was significantly lower than that in 2012 12.6%.Conclusion: The clinical pharmacist irrational use of drugs in clinical pharmacy intervention statistical effect is very obvious, for a variety of clinical drug problem existed obtain more considerable improvement, suitable to continue to promote the application.%目的：探讨临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预后前后两年的变化情况。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年～2013年临床药师对临床不合理用药现象进行药学干预，分别统计2012年和2013年经药学干预后各种存在问题具体情况进行分析比较，以确定此次药学干预具有明显效果和肯定意义。结果：干预后抗菌素平均费用519元明显低于以前1632元，平均住院天数8天明显少于以前16天，选药不合理2．4％明显低于2012年12．3％，药物用法用量不适宜2．8％明显低于2012年11．9％，无剂型或剂型错误4．8％明显低于2012年12．6％。结论：临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预经统计效果十分明显，对临床所存在的各种用药问题取得较可观的改善，适合继续推广应用。
