碳纳米管双层纸基摩擦材料研究

         

摘要

采用湿法成型工艺制备出纸基摩擦材料支撑层预制体,按照功能化设计原则,以多壁碳纳米管对其表面涂覆形成摩擦层,获得碳纳米管双层纸基摩擦材料。利用扫描电镜、热重分析仪、摩擦性能试验机分别研究了其表面形貌、耐热性能和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:与普通单层纸基摩擦材料相比,碳纳米管双层纸基摩擦材料表面变得更加平整,孔隙率降低;耐热性能改善;摩擦力矩曲线的中间部分增高,尾部翘起程度降低,摩擦系数及其稳定性提高,磨损表面的犁沟现象明显减弱,耐磨性提高。%The perform of support-layer of paper-based friction material was fabricated by wet forming process, then coated by carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on surface as the friction-layer in accordance with the principle of functional design to achieve two-layer paper-based friction materials. The morphology, heat resistance and friction and wear properties of the two-layer paper-based friction materials containing carbon nanotubes were investigated by SEM, TGA and frictional performance tester, respectively. Comparing with the single-layer paper-based friction material, the present results showed that the morphology of the two-layer paper-based friction materials became smoother and the porosity decreased. The heat resistance was improved slightly. The torque value was higher in the middle stage of brake and changed slightly in the end. The dynamic coefficient of friction and its stability were significantly increased correspondingly. The effect of plowing was obviously weaken and wear resistance was improved.
