基于SolidWorks Motion的CST动力学仿真研究

         

摘要

针对一种用于大惯性负载软启动的可控启动传动装置(CST),建立了一套包括电机、周转轮系、离合器和负载在内的完整传动系统三维模型,并根据电机特性和CST运行特点构建了交流异步电机和液粘调速离合器的仿真函数,利用SolidWorks Motion软件对CST的启动、工作和停车全过程进行了动力学仿真,得到了CST启动过程中离合器制动力矩与负载启动曲线、电机转矩、负载转矩之间的关系,同时也揭示了CST系统启动过程中功率流、离合器发热的变化规律。%For a controlled starting transmission(CST),a three-deminsion model,including a motor,epicyclic gear train,clutch and load,was set up.Simulation functions of the motor and hydroviscous variable speed clutch were deduced.A CST system dynamic simulation method was studied with SolidWorks Motion.With the method,the three stages of the CST starting up,running and shutting down were simulated.As a result the relationship between torque and load was found.At the same time the rules of power and heat generation in CST starting stage were revealed.
