齿轮/附加阻尼环组合结构动态特性分析

         

摘要

A bevel gear which is characteristic of high torque transmission,precise passing motion and high reliability,can transfer power and movement between intersecting axes.With the development of aeronautics industry,aero-gear has become more and more high speed,heavy loaded and light weight,and excessive vibration failure accident due to gear fatigue fracture often happen.Application of dry friction damping to reduce vibration energy is an effective vibration control method.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of gear/damping ring composite structure are studied by plane stress assumption in the rotating state.By computing the contact pressure of the contact surface and translating it to contact stiffness based on Hertz theory,the composite structure equivalent FE(finite element) model was established with spring-link elements added on the contact surface.The influence of length,width and interference fit of the damping-ring on the dynamic frequency was analyzed.The result is useful for the rational design of the anti-vibration damping ring.%锥齿轮可传递相交轴之间的动力和运动,具有传递扭矩大、传递运动精确、可靠性高的特点。随着航空工业的发展,航空齿轮越来越转速高、负载大、重量轻,常产生因齿轮振动过大引起的疲劳破裂失效,应用干摩擦阻尼消耗振动能量是一种有效的减振方法。以齿轮/附加阻尼环组合结构为研究对象,基于平面应力假设求出转动状态下的接触面接触压力,根据赫兹接触理论求出接触刚度,通过在接触面添加弹簧联接单元建立了组合结构等效有限元模型进行动态特性分析,研究了附加阻尼环的装配过盈量、宽度、长度对齿轮动频的影响。
