基于旋风分离技术的循环式吸油烟机设计

         

摘要

We design a type of environment-protecting circulation range hood. Its innovative design enables the air purified by three-level filtering to circulate indoors directly. The design consists of two key technologies: 1 ) the first-level filter uses the swirl-separation technology, which and cone body; 2) the second-level filtering carries out cen separates gas-solid and gas-liquid with tangential inlet trifuge filtering with g the filtering cloth that rotates with an impeller, thus effectively solving the problems that the circulation filter gets dirty and is hard to clean and has poor ventilation. The circulation range hood can be used not only in kitchen but also in other sealing oil mist envi- ronments. Without flue, it reduces construction costs and carbon and conserves energy.%设计一种环保型循环式吸油烟机,其创新设计可以使三级过滤净化后的气体直接排到室内空气中,其关键技术如下:在第Ⅰ级过滤中采用旋风分离技术,旋风分离是一种重要的气固、气液分离技术,产品采用具有切向入口和本体为筒锥型的结构;在第Ⅱ级过滤中采用与叶轮一起旋转的滤布离心过滤技术,有效解决了循环式过滤系统易污染、清洗困难且排烟能力差的难题。该产品不但可以用于厨房家电,亦可以用在其它封闭油雾环境中净化空气,由于其不需烟道,节约了建筑成本,符合低碳节能的环保主流。
