多段翼型后缘襟翼缝道参数影响研究

     

摘要

Based on CFD method,the effect of flap parameters on 30P30N three-element airfoils has been studied including the deviation,slot gap and overlap of the flap.The issue focuses on the influence of slot gap and overlap on flow separation and mechanism of the flap.The results indicate that the flow separation of flap reduces lift and diminishes available flap deviation.The slot parameters determine the mixture of the main element boundary layer and slot jet.Meanwhile,those parameters affect the development of the main element boundary layer and the flow separation control of flap at high deviation.The appropriate slot parameters can increase lift by as much as 5%~8%and available flap deviation.However,it makes stall characteristic bad,which should be further studied.Optimizing slot parameters is an effective method to improve available flap deviation of multi-element airfoils.%采用数值方法对30P30N三段翼型后缘襟翼参数进行研究,包括襟翼偏度、缝道宽度和缝道搭接量等。重点分析了缝道宽度和搭接量对多段翼型后缘襟翼流动影响规律及流动机理。研究结果表明:襟翼后段流动分离导致襟翼大偏度中等迎角升力损失,使襟翼可用偏度减小。襟翼缝道参数决定缝道射流与主段边界层尾迹的交混状态,影响射流对于大偏度襟翼后段流动分离的控制和主段边界层发展,合适的缝道参数可提高升力和襟翼的可用偏度,使襟翼大偏度中等迎角的升力提高5%~8%以上。缝道参数使襟翼大偏度的失速特性变差,缝道参数优化是提高多段翼型襟翼可用偏度的有效技术途径。
