运用SolidEdge对行星齿轮增速器进行三维实体建模,在ADAMS环境下对模型添加运动副和驱动,得到了行星架等部件的角速度变化规律及行星轮质心位移时域图;运用接触算法,对齿轮箱行星轮部分进行了动力学仿真和分析,分别得到了行星轮和内齿圈、行星轮和太阳轮之间啮合力的变化规律,为齿轮的设计及优化提供了参考。%The three-dimensional solid model of planetary gear increaser is created using SolidEdge and the completed model is built into ADAMS.By adding kinematical pairs and driving the model, the variations of angular velocities of the planetary pinion carrier and the sun wheel and the planetary wheel are obtained.The time domain charts of displacement of the centroid of planetary gear are also obtained.Moreover, the dynamic simulation and analysis of planetary gear system is carried out by using contact algorithm, and the changes of the engaging force between planetary gear and sun gear, and between planetary gear and annular gear are analyzed respectively.It could provide some references for gear design.
