系留式水中漂浮物自动收放装置的设计与运用

         

摘要

介绍了一种系留式水中漂浮物自动收放装置的设计及制造方法,该装置利用平面渦卷弹簧可以存储和释放一定转矩能量的特性,通过合理布局可完成系留式水中漂浮物在一定范围内自动收放。该装置的主要特点是:漂浮在水中的漂浮物所受到的水阻力发生变化时,系留锚链上所受到的拉力也将随之发生改变,当所受拉力大于一定值时收放装置开始放出锚链,小于某值时收放装置自动收回系留锚链。%In this paper, the solution of the design and manufacturing of autonomous launch and recovery system of moored floats in water are introduced.As the flat spiral springs have the property of delivering and storing energy, the moored floats′launch and recovery in a certain range are successfully achievedby reasonably arranged.The main features of this system are that when the water resistance suffered by the moored floats changes, the pull forces on the moored anchor chain change. When the pull force is greater than a certain value, the system begins to launch the anchor chain, otherwise it will recover the anchor chains.
