基于MATLAB的小型刨床机构多目标优化设计

         

摘要

Small planer mechanism belongs to the multi-bar linkage mechanism, the main part of the design is to determine the length of the rod and node coordinates and other basic structural parameters. It needs long time and heavy workload to de-sign the multi-bar mechanism with traditional methods, while the design results are not necessarily the optimal design. If a mathematical model for the optimum design to the multi-bar mechanism can be established, the basic structural parameters of the multi-bar mechanism are set as the design variables, the volume minimization and highest efficiency as the objective func-tion, and requirement like the motion continuity and spatial structure as the design constraint condition, the optimal small planer mechanism could be quickly and easily calculated by using the MATLAB preparation of multi-bar mechanism optimiza-tion design program.%小型刨床机构属于多杆机构,设计工作的主要部分是杆长和节点坐标等基本结构参数的确定,用传统的方法设计多杆机构,设计时间长,工作量大,而且设计结果不一定是最优的设计. 如果能建立多杆机构优化设计的数学模型,并且将多杆机构的基本结构参数作为设计变量,体积最小化和效率最高作为目标函数,运动连续性和空间结构等要求作为设计约束条件,运用MATLAB编制多杆机构优化设计程序,就可以方便快速计算出最优的小型刨床机构.
