新型液压随钻扩眼器的研制

         

摘要

In view of the problems such asthe slim holesidetracking is easily sticking and has a bad cementing quality, a safe and reliable reamer has been designed inthis paper.Thetool with PDC cutting effectis designed following the mechanical hard-support design scheme which could achieve reaming while drilling, and could mechanically ream the borehole which drilled by 118mm bit to 145mm.The tool expands and shrinks the blades through pitching pressure.When the blades expand to the openingsize , the position sleeve of joints remains the positionof PDC blades stability to ensure the hard-support.The tool with correct principleand reliable structure provides an effective solution to solve the slim hole problems of cementing dif-ficulty, reducing diameter and sticking frequently.%鉴于目前小井眼侧钻缩径卡钻和小井眼固井质量差的难题,设计了一种安全性和可靠性非常高的扩眼器。该工具采用机械式硬支撑设计方案,具有 PDC 切削效应,可实现随钻扩眼,并将118mm 钻头所钻进的井眼机械式扩眼至145mm。该工具通过投球憋压实现刀翼收放。当刀翼完全打开时,由连接接头上的定位套使 PDC 刀翼的位置稳定不变,实现硬支撑。此扩眼器原理正确、结构可靠,为从根本上彻底解决小井眼固井难和小井眼缩径、卡钻频繁等情况提供了一种有效的手段。
