可取式压差作用密封悬挂器设计与应用

         

摘要

针对在低压低产气井采用喷射排水采气系统时,常规悬挂器无法正常解封,且不能承载质量较大的喷射泵等工具,笔者对悬挂器结构进行创新和改进设计出可取式压差作用密封悬挂器,该悬挂器具有悬挂、坐封等作用,且其内部结构采用压缩弹簧预压并利用压差作用进行密封封隔等动作,实现下入工具的预定位置锚定和与油管的封隔,通过压缩弹簧和压差释放实现锚定和与封隔的解封。%In this paper, aiming at problems such as the conventional hangers cannot unblocking, and cannot carry heavy in-jection pumps and other tools when using jet drainage gas recovery system in the low pressure stripper well, a new removable pressure differential sealing hanger is designed on the innovation and improvement of original hanger structure, which could hang and seal in the gas wells.In addition, because of its inner structure which adopts the compression spring to pre-com-press, the tool can seal under the effect of pressure difference, preset the position of the down-hole tools, block the tubing, and unblock the anchor and the packer by compressing springs and releasing the pressure difference.
