钢拱架安装台车液压调平机构的研究∗

摘要

After researching on the working principle of the hydraulic leveling mechanism on steel arch frame mounting trolley, the main factors affecting the leveling error and the connections among them are obtained. By the use of Matlab software, the optimization of the leveling cylinder's layout on a certain type of trolley,which can greatly reduce the error and improve the lev-eling effect.%对钢拱架安装台车液压调平机构的工作原理进行研究分析，得出了影响结构误差的主要因素及其之间的联系。运用Matlab软件对某型号台车调平油缸的铰点位置进行优化布置，可以大大减少结构误差，改善其调平效果。
