变速器副箱锁销同步器结构改进的经验探讨

Pin type synchronizer for a transmission auxiliary automobile transmission complete shift ,can make smooth shift ,in-crease driving comfort ,is widely used in the automotive transmission .In this paper ,the fault type for pin type synchronizer relat-ed analysis and discussion ,to share with you the improvement experience .%锁销同步器作为辅助汽车变速器完成换挡的一种变速器零部件，可以使换挡平顺，增加驾驶舒适性，在汽车变速器上被广泛应用。针对锁销式同步器的故障类型进行相关分析讨论，探讨改进经验。
