针对电动汽车要求驱动系统具有宽调速范围、高可靠性与高效率等特点,提出并研究了一种效率优化的无速度传感器矢量控制(SVC)系统。深入分析了该系统的原理,并提出了相应的控制策略,完成了系统硬件和软件方案设计。整个系统以TMS320F2812 DSP芯片为核心控制器件,包括主电路功率模块、电流电压采集电路、保护电路、CAN通信模块等部分。实验结果表明,利用效率优化算法的系统具有良好的动态性能,达到了预期设计目标。%According to the requirement of wide speed range ,high reliability and high efficiency of electric vehicle (EV ) ,this paper presents a kind of efficiency optimization algorithm for speed sensorless vector control (SVC ) system . Then , the principle and control strategy of the system is deeply analyzed .The entire system includes the power module of the main circuit ,current and voltage acquisition circuit ,protection circuit ,CAN communication module and the TMS320F2812 is seclected as the core of the controller .The experiment results show that the efficiency optimization algorithm is feasible and the system has good dynamic performance ,to achieve the desired design goals .
