快开门法兰－活节螺栓－垫片系统三维有限元分析

摘要

利用ABAQUS软件，在考虑螺栓预紧力和筒体内压的作用下，对快开法兰－活节螺栓－垫片连接结构进行了有限元应力分析计算，按照JB4732－1995《钢制压力容器———分析设计标准》对关键部位进行了应力线性化处理，并利用此结果进行了应力校核。结果表明，关键部件的应力满足强度的要求。%A finite element stress analysis was carried on the quick open flange mechanism of pressure vessel using ABAQUS software considering the role of pre-tightening force of bolt and internal pressure in barrel .The stress linearization was done on the key parts according JB4732-1995 Steel Pressure Vessels :A nalysis and Design Standards ,and stress checking was done using this result .The results show that the stress intensity of key parts meets the requirements .
