铁路起重机转向架构架选型方案性能对比研究

摘要

根据TB/T1335-1996《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》和 GB/T3811-2008《起重机设计规范》，采用有限单元法对铁路起重机转向架两种构架结构方案进行强度、模态分析。计算结果表明两种方案构架的强度、刚度均满足要求，但因其结构局限，方案2中的转向架结构还需进一步改进。%Based on TB/T1335-1996 Strength Design And Test Evaluation Specification For Railway Vehicle and GB/T3811-2008 Crane Design Specification ,the strength and the modes of two kinds of bogie frame schemes of railway cranes were analyzed by use of finite element method .The calculation results show that the strength and stiffness of the two frame structures can meet the re-quirements .Because of the structural limitations ,the bogie structure of scheme 2 should be improved .
