基于NX的华中数控818系统四轴后处理程序开发

摘要

By use of NX software ,based on Huazhong four‐axis CNC machine tool platform ,the post‐processing program is studied . The derived theoretical movement formula of 4‐axis NC machine tool is applied to parameter setting of post‐processing ,and the pro‐gram code can be identified by Huazhong CNC system is developed ,so that the machine can be used to cut the actual product accord‐ing to the generated code .%通过NX应用软件，基于中华数控818系统四轴机床平台，对编程后置处理程序进行分析研究。将前期推导出的四轴联动数控机床运动理论公式应用于后处理程序的参数研究和设置，开发出可供中华数控818系统四轴识别的机床代码，使机床能够根据生成的程序代码进行实际产品的切削加工。
