全自动快速脱缆装置的设计

         

摘要

Automatic rapid disengaging device is a revolution of the traditional manual and semi‐automatic mooring equipment which is laggard and inefficient ,aiming to help reduce the labor intensity and increase productivity ,security and reliability .The device consists of two main parts:control part and mechanical part .The cable tension is always tested by sensor in the control part and the signal is transmitted to the single chip microcomputer to process for realizing the automatic control of the mechanical device .Mechanism designed according to two‐level lever principle and pneumatic actuator constitute the mechanical part ,which can perform the decoupling and reset the mechanical action .The results of experiment indicate that the device response time is 0 .5 s and the actual error of trigger pull is ± 0 .1% .Device can be simply operated and it works rapidly and safely .It can realize intelligent automatic control with high flexibility .%全自动快速脱缆装置由机械部分和控制部分组成,控制系统中的传感器时刻检测缆绳中拉力并传递至单片机,经单片机分析处理,实现对机械装置的自动控制;机械装置由采用两级杠杆原理所设计的机构和气动执行机构等组成,实现脱钩和复位等机械动作。实验结果表明:该装置的动作响应时间为0.5s,实际触发拉力误差为±0.1%;装置操作简单,工作快速安全,能实现智能化全自动控制,灵活度高。全自动快速脱缆装置能减轻操作人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率。
