超硬磨料油石珩磨工艺参数设计及使用技术

This paper analyzes the parameter selection principle and structure characteristics of super‐hard abrasive honing oilstone , introduces the methods of bonding super‐hard abrasive stone ,describes the design principle of honing parameter optimization ,and points out the issues in the application of super‐hard abrasive honing ,which has a certain guiding significance for the actual produc‐tion .%从使用角度分析了超硬磨料油石的结构特点及其参数的选择原则，介绍了超硬磨料油石的粘结方法与修磨工艺，阐述了珩磨工艺参数优化设计的原则，并对超硬磨料珩磨的使用要求提出了自己的观点，对实际生产具有一定的指导作用。
