基于 T-S 模型的液压回转机构模糊故障树分析

         

摘要

针对起重机液压回转机构特点,对传统故障树分析法进行改进,利用T-S门故障树模型代替传统逻辑门故障树,结合模糊理论,对液压回转机构进行模糊故障树分析,可以得出顶事件的故障程度与出现故障的模糊可能性。通过工程实例表明用T-S门描述部件的关系更准确,评价结果与实际基本相符。%Based on the characteristics of hydraulic rotary mechanism of a crane ,the traditional fault tree analysis was improved ,T-S fault tree model was used to replace the traditional logic gate fault tree ,and combined fuzzy theory to do a fault analysis of the hy-draulic rotary mechanism by use of fuzzy numbers to describe the degree of failure ,then the degree of failure of the top event and the possibility of failure were got .The results of the engineering example show that the relationship between the components of the T-S gate is more accurate ,the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual results .
