高速风洞三自由度模型送进机构设计

摘要

The injection mechanism is a key part of the high speed wind tunnel ,it supports and transports the tested model to the tes-ting position .The motion precision and dynamic characteristics of the injection mechanism directly affect the precision of the wind tunnel test .In this paper ,a digital prototyp model of the injection mechanism was built ,and the kinematic and dynamic simulation was carried out .The running of the injection mechanism show the design is successful .%模型送进机构是风洞的关键部件，其作用是支撑和运送试验模型至试验指定位置，送进机构的运动精度和动态特性直接影响风洞的试验精度。建立送进机构数字样化样机，并对机构进行有限元、动力学的仿真分析。仿真结果表明送进机构满足各项技术指标。
