面向变速箱及其零部件的条码系统研究及应用

摘要

Bar code system can effectively meet the quality traceability requirements of manufacturing enterprises ,reduce the waste in the production process and logistics links ,improve enterprises’management level .In this paper ,a bar code system is designed ,and applied to management of transmission assembly and components ,w hich make the accurate logistics distribution and the efficient fin-ished-goods quality data collection and traceability come true .%条码系统能有效地解决制造行业日益重要的精益生产与质量追溯业务的需求，减少生产过程、物流环节的浪费，提高企业管理水平。设计、开发的面向变速箱及其零部件的条码系统实现了科学、规范的物料条码管理，及时、准确的物流配送，实时、高效的产成品质量数据采集及追溯。
