面向变速箱总成装配的防错系统研究及应用

摘要

In light of the automotive industry assembly situation ,combined with the present situation of enterprise itself ,a gearbox assembly mistake-proofing system was developed ,which was based on the automatic identification technology such as DataMatrix code and RFID ,to meet the requirements of the mistake-proofing in the assembly process of gearbox .%针对汽车行业零部件装配现场状况，结合企业自身现状，经过初步研究探索，开发实施了基于二维码、R F ID等自动识别技术的变速箱总成装配防错系统，满足了零部件装配过程中的防错需求。
