针对以往现场生产过程中压下规程的设定主要考虑轧制负荷均衡、打滑与热滑伤的防治,而对板形与板凸度的控制考虑较少的问题,结合UCM冷连轧机组的设备与工艺特点,兼顾轧制负荷均衡、打滑与热滑伤的防治与板形及板凸度的控制,提出了一套适合于五机架UCM冷连轧机组的压下规程综合优化方法,并将其推广应用到生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果。%In the past ,the setting of draft schedule in the field production mainly considered the rolling load balancing and the preven-tion and control of slipping and hot sliding ,but rarely considered flatness and strip crown .In this paper ,by fully considering me-chanical and technological characters of UCM cold rolling unit ,and taking into account not only the rolling load balancing and the prevention and control of slipping and hot sliding ,but also the flatness and strip crown ,we built a set of optimized technology of draft schedule suitable for five-stand UCM tandem cold mill ,and promoted it to production practice ,and a good use effect was ob-tained .
