模糊层次分析法在质量功能配置中的应用

摘要

In this article ,the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) was introduced into Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze the customers’ demand ,and the important degree of customers’ demands and technical characteristics were obtained ,which could be used to the optimum design of products .The multi-objective optimization of planetary gear reducer was taken as an exam-ple ,the practical effect of QFD-AHP method was verified .%将模糊层次分析法引入质量功能配置，用以分析顾客需求，得到各项顾客需求与各项技术特性的重要程度，并通过FAHP-QFD方法得到的结果指导产品优化设计。以行星齿轮减速器的多目标优化设计为例，验证了FAHP-QFD方法的实用效果。
