地铁齿轮箱输出大齿轮退卸工艺研究

摘要

地铁齿轮箱输出大齿轮与车轴采用过盈连接，过盈量大，退卸时所需的压出力较大，需要在配合面之间打高压油形成油膜再进行操作，这样既省力又可以有效保护配合面不被划伤。%The gear of the metro gearbox connects to the axle with a large interference .We need more pressure if we want to dismount the gear .If we play high pressure oil between the mating surfaces to form a film before proceeding ,so we can dismount the gear effectively without harm to the axle .
