唐氏螺纹:从螺纹结构解决螺纹松动问题

摘要

分析了关于螺纹松动机理的谬误,从螺纹结构的角度提出了螺纹松动的真正原因.对螺纹的防松方法进行了分类,并分析了传统的普通螺纹不能防松的原因,提出了唐氏螺纹从螺纹结构解决螺松动问题的方案.%This paper analyzes the fallacy of the thread loosening mechanism, and proposes the real reason for the looseness of the thread from the perspective of the thread structure. This paper also classifies the anti-loosening methods of threads. The reason why the traditional ordinary thread cannot prevent the looseness is analyzed, and a scheme of solving the screw loosening problem by using the new thread structure of TANGS is proposed.
