基于Workbench的内燃扳手冲击锤结构改进

             

摘要

内燃螺栓冲击扳手的冲击锤在受到瞬时冲击力作用下,冲击锤的"扇形齿"极易发生冲击断裂破坏.应用SolidWorks对某扳手冲击结构进行三维建模,基于Workbench有限元分析平台下显示动力学模块(Explicit Dynamics)建立内燃冲击扳手冲击结构高速旋转冲击模型,对冲击锤进行强度分析,获取冲击锤的应力、应变及冲击载荷变化规律.经分析计算,找出冲击锤原设计结构齿根断裂破坏原因,从而对冲击锤原结构进行改进,并对改进的冲击锤结构进行冲击强度分析,发现改进后的冲击锤承受冲击破坏能力有较显著提高,可以解决实际工程问题,并为内燃螺栓扳手冲击结构的设计提供参考.%Impact bolt impact wrench internal impact by instantaneous impact under the impact of the hammer "fan-shaped teeth" prone to tooth root fracture rupture. This paper uses SolidWorks to build modeling of an impact hammer. Based on the Workbench finite element analysis platform, Explicit Dynamics is used to establish the high-speed rotational impact model of the impact mechanism of internal combustion impact wrench. Through the impact strength of hammer analysis, impact hammer stress, strain changes and impact load are obtained. Through analysis and calculation, the reason of tooth root fracture damage of the original design structure of impact hammer is found out, so that the original structure of original impact hammer is improved, and the strength of the improved impact hammer structure is analyzed. It is found that the improved impact hammer has the ability to withstand impact damage. Significant improvement can solve the practical engineering problems, and provide a reference for the design of the impact structure of the internal combustion bolt wrench.
