The impact process of the 630 kJ counter-blow hammer was simulated by FEM.The stress distributions of the hammer rod under the central blow and the eccentric blow were analyzed and the dangerous section was determined.Then the structure of the hammer rod was improved to control the maximum stress below the endurance limit so as to prolong the life of the rod.%通过对630 kJ对击锤冲击过程进行有限元模拟,分析对中打击和偏心打击两种情况下锤杆的应力分布,确定了危险截面,并对锤杆结构进行了改进,将危险截面处的单元最大应力控制在疲劳极限以下,从而延长锤杆寿命.
