试验设计与优化方法在中药提取中的应用

         

摘要

影响中药提取效果的因素众多,且各因素之间可能存在交互作用。因此,有必要合理运用试验设计与优化方法进行中药提取条件的筛选与工艺优化。常用的试验设计方法主要有正交设计、均匀设计、Plackett-Burman设计、中心组合设计、Box-Behnken设计、Doehlert设计等,常用的优化技术包括响应面优化法、人工神经网络优化法等。现综述了以上试验设计与优化方法的原理、特性及适用场合,并论述了近年来其在中药提取领域的应用。%The effect of extraction of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is influenced by many factors, among which may exist interactions. It is necessary to apply reasonable experimental design and optimization methodologies in condition screening and process optimization. The common experimental design methodologies consist of orthogonal design, uniform design, Plackett-Burman design, central composite design, Box-Behnken design and Doehlert design. Accordingly, the common optimization methodologies include Response Surface Methodology, Artificial Neural Networks. The principles, properties, and applications of the above methodologies are reviewed in this paper, as well as their application status in the field of extraction of TCM in recent years.
