The cross marker on the tanker loading molten iron is analyzed by using gray image matching method to position the molten iron tank car accurately. In the gray image matching analysis process, the image of the best matching points is roughly positioned by using particle swarm algorithm, and accurately positioned by using the improved Harris corner detection algorithm and subpixel method. Finally, using the test cases shows that this method is reasonable and feasible. This solves the precise positioning of the tanker in the process of loading molten iron.%利用灰度图像匹配方法分析了铁水罐车上十字标志物,从而对铁水罐车进行精确定位。在灰度图像匹配分析过程中,采用粒子群算法对图像的最优匹配点进行粗定位,再利用改进的Harris角点检测算法和亚像素方法精确定位。最后,利用试验案例证明本方法是合理可行的。这解决了铁水罐车在装载铁水过程中的精确定位问题。
