舰船用气调保鲜装置系统概述及其应用效果

摘要

舰船用气调保鲜装置系统是在果蔬气调保鲜技术基础上设计的一套自动化程度高、易于操作、保鲜效果好、占地面积小和适合舰船特殊贮藏环境的果蔬保鲜设备。本文介绍了舰船用气调保鲜装置系统的基本结构，并模拟舰船果蔬贮藏环境进行实际应用验证试验。试验结果显示，舰船用气调保鲜装置系统的保鲜效果远好于普通冷库的保鲜效果。%The marine controlled atmosphere storage equipment is designed based on the technology of controlled atmosphere storage. It has many advantages such as complete automatization, easy handle, good storage effect, small floor area and so on. It is very important that the equipment fits the marine special storage condition. The basic configuration of the equipment is introduced in detail. In order to validate the fact effect of the equipment, a test is made that the conditions simulate the marine storage conditions. The results show that the storage effect of the marine controlled atmosphere storage equipment is better than that of the effect of common cold storage.
