Generated heat by friction of explosion-proof elevator’s safety gear and guild rails which is used in the flammable explosive places must be limited in the scope of security. In this article, a finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the heat generated by the elevator’s safety gear and guild rails. The maximum temperature is obtained and on this basis, the characteristics about the mechanical explosion-proof are analyzed combined with the actual environment.%在易燃、易爆气体的危险工作场所使用的防爆升降机,安全钳钳块与刹车导轨之间的摩擦温升应当被限定在安全的范围之内,文章利用有限元软件对防爆升降机安全钳钳块和刹车导轨之间的摩擦生热问题进行了模拟仿真分析,得出了安全钳钳块的最高表面温度,并在此基础上对其机械防爆特性展开了论证分析。
