基于事件驱动的平行机类型动态批调度研究

         

摘要

针对模具热处理过程中能耗与交货期难以有效控制的问题,构建了反映能耗和加权拖期量的优化指标。考虑到模具热处理车间中炉子的非同等性、任务到达的动态性和多工件族不相容性,建立了基于特定事件触发的调度机制,并据此提出了一种基于预测时窗的启发式算法,通过算法中两层折衷规划模型的构建,实现了对多目标优化求解。最后仿真结果表明,与两类常用规则相比,所提方法具有明显优越性。%Due to the energy consumption and delivery of mould in the process of heat-treatment are difficult to effectively control, constructs the optimization and energy consumption reflects the weighted tardiness index.
