液化天然气冷能在制冷行业中的应用

摘要

Liquefied natural gas is not only a kind of clean energy but also contains great deal of cold energy. Cold energy can be used in freezing food, food cold storage, making ice, crushing at low tempera- ture, air separation and so on, which will not only reduce consumption of electric energy, heat energy, coal, fuel oil, but also reduce bad effect to environment. The technical principle and way of how to utilize LNG cold energy in food freezing and food cold storage and air - conditioning of workshop were introduced in this essay.%液化天然气（LNG）不仅是一种清洁能源，还蕴藏着大量的冷能。液化天然气由液体变为气体释放的冷能可用于食品冷冻、食品冷藏、制冰、低温粉碎、空气分离等。这不仅可减少电能、热能、煤、燃料油的耗费，还可减轻对环境的不良影响。本文介绍了在食品冻结、冷藏和车间空调中使用液化天然气冷能的原理与流程。
