SFMEA and SFTA are two major reliability analysis methods, which are playing an important role in improving software reliability. Therefore the two methods are gaining more and more popularity. Corresponding solutions is proposed against the existing difficulty and problems in the application of SFMEA and SFTA. An aircraft engine control software as a case study is described, and the feasibility and effectiveness are verified.%软件可靠性分析方法中,SFMEA和SFllA是两种常用的分析方法,为提高软件可靠性发挥了重要作用,在国内型号软件的开发过程中得到了越来越多的关注.针对SFMEA及SFTA方法在应用中存在的难点问题,提出了相应的解决方法,并以某航空发动机控制软件为应用对象进行了实例应用,验证了方法的可行性与有效性.
