两相连续型阻塞式变频调速系统研究

         

摘要

为使交-交变频调速系统的优势得到充分的发挥,对传统三相交流调压电路触发脉冲进行合理的改造,从而拓展出变频的功能.并使用两相控制策略,对断续阻塞控制方法进一步改造,提出一种两相连续型脉冲阻塞式交-交变频控制方法.实现了输出电压、频率同时可调,且有变频范围广、间隔致密的特点,适用于交流调速系统.通过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证,具有电压正弦度好、转速可调、带负载能力强等优点.仿真结果与理论分析一致,验证了两相连续脉冲阻塞原理的正确性与可行性,为工业现场变频调速系统的设计与应用提供依据.%In order to make the AC-AC variable frequency speed regulation system running better,the new method to modify the traditional three-phase AC voltage regulating circuit is adopted,which can expand the function of frequency conversion.Then the two-phase control strategy is used to modify the discontinuous plugged control principle.The new two-phase continuous variable frequency control method is presented.The utility model has the advantages that the output voltage and the frequency can be adjusted simultaneously,and the frequency conversion range is wide,which is suitable for AC speed control system.Through the Matlab/Simulink simulation,it has the advantages of well sinusoidal voltage,adjustable speed,strong load capacity and so on.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the two-phase continuous pulse plugged principle.It provides the basis for the design and application of industrial variable frequency regulating system.
