用于微流体研究的经济型电冷热台设计与制作

     

摘要

An economical electrical cooling-and-heating stand for micro-fluidics study is designed and manufactured by using the 3D printing technology,SCM (single chip microcomputer) and self-made waveform generator,which is small in size,easy to observe,and the temperature controlling is its main function.The performance indexes of this stand are as follow that the temperature resolution is 0.25 ℃,the temperature stability is in the rarge of ±0.5 ℃,and the maximum and minimum temperature control speeds are 12 ℃/s and 0.5 ℃/ 15 min,respectively.Besides,the electric field of all kinds of waveforms can be applied to the sample with the stand.Practical application shows that the stand has the advantages of low cost,simple structure and meets all the requirements of micro-fluidics observation.%利用3D打印技术、单片机和自制波形发生器设计制作了一款用于显微镜观察的经济型电冷热台.该冷热台体积小,方便显微镜观察,可实现升温、降温和恒温调节功能.具体性能指标可以达到:温控分辨率为0.25℃,温度稳定性在±0.5℃范围内,最大与最小的控温速度分别为12℃/s与0.5℃/15 min.此外,还可同时施加各种波形的电场,实现对样品温度场与电场的耦合作用.通过实际的制作与使用,该显微镜冷热台成本低、结构简单,能够满足微流体显微镜观察的需要,符合研究要求.
