基于LabVIEW的偏振调制激光测距测量控制系统

         

摘要

By changing the modulation frequency consecutively and detecting the echo signal synchronously,the polarization modulation laser ranging system can realize absolute distance measurement with high precision.The measurement principle of high-precision polarization modulation laser ranging system is analyzed,as well as performance requirements of frequency sweeping control and synchronous data acquisition.Frequency sweeping control and synchronous signal acquisition of the polarization modulation laser ranging system was designed based on LabVIEW.The system hardware consisted of radio-frequency signal generator,data acquisition card and the echo signal detector.The system software was composed of frequency sweeping control and synchronous data acquisition module and interface display module programmed with LabVIEW.Experiments were completed in the range of 20 m and 40 m.The experimental results show that the synchronization between the frequency sweeping control and the data acquisition is realized and the stable ranging results are obtained.%偏振调制激光测距通过连续改变调制频率,并同步探测回波信号来实现对绝对距离的高精度测量.介绍了偏振调制激光测距的测量原理,提出了对扫频控制与同步信号采集的性能要求.基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW,设计了偏振调制测距扫频控制和同步信号采集系统,硬件部分包括射频信号发生器、数据采集卡、探测器等,软件部分包括基于LabVIEW编写的扫频控制/同步数据采集程序和界面显示程序.在20 m和40 m距离处分别进行测距实验,得到了稳定的测距结果,验证了测量控制系统的快速扫频和同步数据采集功能.
