基于比例故障率模型的转向架牵引电机滚动轴承可靠性评估

         

摘要

为保障轨道车辆转向架牵引电机滚动轴承安全、平稳、可靠地运行,提出一种基于振动特征的轨道车辆转向架牵引电机滚动轴承(以下部分简称电机轴承)可靠性评估方法.该方法首先从实测得到的振动信号中提取并优选出能反映电机轴承状态的特征指标;然后,将优选出的敏感特征指标利用主成分分析法(PCA)进行多域特征指标的加权融合,得到一个能全面、准确、有效地表征电机轴承性能状态的特征指标;再将这个融合后的特征指标作为响应协变量与可靠度之间建立可靠性评估模型,从而对电机轴承运行可靠性提供了有效的评估.最后通过在某车辆转向架牵引电机轴承上的实际应用说明该方法的有效性和合理性.%In order to ensure the safe,smooth and reliable operation of rolling bearings in the traction motor of vehicle bogie,a reliability evaluation method for these bearings (the following parts referred to as motor bearings) based on vibration characteristics was proposed.Firstly,characteristic indexes which can reflect the state of the motor bearings were extracted and selected from the measured vibration signal.Then,a characterization was obtained by the weight fusion with the selected sensitive characteristic index by using principal component analysis (PCA),which could represent the performance degradation trend of motor bearings comprehensively,accurately and effectively.And then the fused characterization was used as the response covariate to establish the reliability evaluation model with reliability index to effectively evaluate the running reliability of the motor bearings.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of this method were demonstrated by a practice sample of motor bearings.
