30Cr3SiMnNiW钢中未溶碳化物的研究

         

摘要

Effect of austenitizing treatment on microstructure of 30Cr3SiMnNiW steel was examined by means of scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and X-ray analyses. A theoretical investigation was carried out by thermodynamic analysis and empirical formula of solubility product. Results show that undissolved M6C phases rich in W, Mo, Fe, etc. Were dispersedly distributed in martensitic plates after quenched at 860~950℃, and dissolved at 950℃. VC was not precipitated during austenitizing process according to the high solubility product.%通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及物理化学相分析等实验手段研究了不同奥氏体化温度处理状态下30Cr3SiMnNiW钢的微观组织.针对高温平衡相的稳定性及其合金成分与温度的关系,采用热力学及固溶度积经验公式进行了计算,结果表明,860~950C淬火后,马氏体板条束间弥散分布少量未溶M6C相,富集W、Mo、Fe等元素,950℃时完全溶解;完全奥氏体化处理时,由于VC相的固溶度积较大,并未沉淀析出,完全固溶于基体.
