镍铝青铜基冷喷涂Cu402F与Cu涂层的力学性能

         

摘要

针对镍铝青铜合金在实际工况中的常见失效形式,采用冷喷涂技术在镍铝青铜9442合金上制备了紫铜和Cu402F修复涂层.使用OM以及SEM观察了涂层表面与截面的微观形貌,使用XRD对涂层进行表征,使用拉伸试验机、纳米压痕试验仪、摩擦磨损试验机测试了涂层的结合强度、显微硬度、弹性模量和摩擦学性能.结果表明:冷喷涂Cu402F涂层和紫铜涂层较为致密,厚度约为900μm;Cu402F涂层和紫铜涂层平均结合强度分别为34.37 MPa和18.6 MPa,显微硬度分别为5.79 GPa、2.11 GPa,弹性模量分别为198.23 GPa、138.54 GPa;Cu402F涂层摩擦系数、磨损率较低,减摩耐磨性能优于紫铜涂层.%Aiming at common failure modes of nickel aluminum bronze propeller in actual working condition,copper and Cu402F coating were deposited on nickel aluminum bronze 9442# alloy by cold spraying.Surface and cross-section morphology of coating were observed by OM and SEM;the phases of coating were tested by XRD;bonding strength,micro-hardness,elasticity modulus and tribologic properties were analyzed by tensile testing machine,nano indentation testing machine and friction and wear tester.The results revealed that Cu402F and copper coating was compact,which were 900μm,the average bonding strength were 34.37 MPa and 18.6 MPa,micro-hardness were 5.79 GPa and 2.11 GPa,and elasticity modulus were 198.23 GPa and 138.54 GPa respectively.Friction coefficient and wear rate of Cu402F coating were lower,tribology properties was better than copper coating.
