钛带卷真空退火传热过程的数值模拟

         

摘要

分析了单个钛带卷在真空炉内退火的传热过程,通过热传导反问题的求解,确定了钛带卷径向等效导热系数;采用Ansys有限元软件对钛带卷退火过程的温度场进行了数值模拟,并对实际温度进行测量。结果表明:在退火开始阶段,钛带卷内外温差较大,最高达310℃;分阶段加热方式和风机强制氩气循环缓和了钛带卷内外层温差;退火30h后,钛带卷温度稳定在700℃,内外温差只有6℃;模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好,证明了模型的可靠性。%The heat transfer process of a single titanium coil during annealing in vacuum furnace was analyzed,and the equivalent radial thermal conductivity was determined by solving the inverse problem of heat conduction. The temperature field of the titanium coil during annealing was simulated using finite element software Ansys, and the real temperature was measured by experiment. The results show that at the beginning of the annealing process, there was a considerable temperature difference between the outer surface and the core, and the greatest deviation was 310 ℃. The temperature difference in the titanium coil was decreased by stage heating and fan forced argon cycle. After annealing for 30 h, the temperature of the titanium coil was stabiluzed at 700 ℃, and the temperature difference was only 6 ℃. The simulated temperature agreed well with the experimental data, proving that the numerical model was reasonable.
